The purpose of the conference is to create space for discussing new approaches to development and realizing the potential of the individual as a subject of activity, taking into account the dynamically changing socioeconomic situation in Russia and the modern world.

ading Russian and foreign scientists, psychologists, teachers, specialists from other branches of scientific knowledge and practice, representatives of education management bodies, youth policy, representatives of public and non-profit organizations, as well as post-graduate students and students of psychological faculties of Russian and foreign universities are invited to take part in the conference.

The program of the conference includes the following scientific directions:

1. Theory and methodology of psychology of human self-regulation in the era of postmodernism.

2. Conscious self-regulation of man as a metasystem of cognitive and personal resources to achieve educational and professional goals.

3. Self-regulation of states in professional and educational activities.

4. Age formation of self-regulation rights.

5. Psychophysiological aspects of human self-regulation.

6. Methodological approaches to the study of man as an individual, personality and subject of labor activity.

7.The main directions and mechanisms of reproduction of the personal resource of the subject of labor in modern conditions.

8.Psychological support of professional self-determination, personal and professional development at various stages of becoming a professional.

9. Sociocultural security: development of human potential in the context of interaction of cultures.

Forms of work at the conference:

plenary discussions, breakout sessions, round tables, poster presentations.

Following the results of the conference will be formed a collection of works.

The collection will be assigned: the state registration code — ISBN, UDC, BBK, author’s sign. Will be sent to libraries. Scientific articles are compulsorily placed in the RINC system — the Russian index of scientific citation.

Conference participants will receive a certificate and a collection of materials.

Texts of articles (no more than 7 pages) are accepted electronically before June 15, 2018 (inclusive) by e-mail noc-sevkav@mail.ru c marked «Conference-2018_The author’s surname». After sending the text of the article within 3-5 days, it is necessary to wait for a reply letter from the organizing committee confirming the acceptance of the materials.

Travel, food and accommodation — at the expense of the sending side. Accommodation of participants from other cities is made independently.
